4 out of 5 starsThis is a really great foot rest. It's perfectly sized, comfortable on bare feet due to the felt, and has a really great angle for lower leg and foot health. It is beautifully made and looks great in my therapy office. One caveat: The feet are bare wood and this makes the foot rest slip on both solid surface floors and carpeting. The first time I used it, I shifted in my chair while my feet were resting on it and it shot out from under my feet and flew across the floor. My feet fell off it quite and I came down in the chair pretty hard. That could have caused an injury. I will put rubber caps over the peg feet, which will solve that problem. Had the foot rest come with rubber, non-slip feet to begin with, this would be a perfect, five star foot rest! Add the rubber feet and you will love it!

4 out of 5 starsLovely footrest, comfortable to use BUT missing a critical detail: rubber footpads. It slid immediately and I needed to find my own solution to this problem. The shipping and duties to Canada more than doubled the cost, so that also factored into my review.

It doesn’t take up too much space and does the job! Love how the feet have rounded caps! Great attention to detail and no scraped or stubbed toes!

Care instructions
The copper comes polished to a bright copper finish. This copper is natural and might tarnish from moisture and from hand oils. Clean hands or wear gloves while assembling to ensure no oils tarnish the copper. To restore or polish the copper, you can use #00 steel wool or finer. Take the steel wool and polish along the length of the pipe until bright. Wipe clean with a clean cloth.
The wood parts are finished with a furniture wax and should be cleaned with a dry cloth.
