*Due to new laws in EU, new Customs fees have been added to the shipping fee so I can provide DDP shipping to EU so you do not have to worry about additional fees across the border!
* Due to new USA laws, orders that contain enamel pins will be shipping with a different service than my usual, which will have a longer transit time

- Tariff fees for USA are now added automatically to the shipping fees. I use DDP Shipping, so there are no additional tariffs once they arrive to you. If you see your shipping fees accumulating as you add more items, that is due to tariff fees. The current average rate is 10%, but due to chinese tariffs on top, some items have more than others.
- Prints and books have no tariff fees. Stickers do, but it is minimal so I usually eat most of these fees myself.

I ship to most countries worldwide:
Canada - This is domestic shipping for me. I usually ship with Chitchats, so most of the time your packages are at least partially if not fully tracked. Sometimes if it is just a sticker, I may use Canada Post untracked shipping to get it faster to you.
USA - Most of the time I am using Canada Post, thus it is USPS when it reaches your country. I use DDP shipping, so all tariffs are already prepaid and you don't have to worry. Sometimes I use ChitChats shipping instead, but the shipping times for both couriers is around the same. Sometimes I may send untracked lettermail if it is just a sticker in your order.
INTERNATIONAL - I use Chitchats international, which means for many countries it will be with POST NL. All packages are TRACKED, regardless of what you order. For UK, it is Royal Mail.

- Please make note of estimated dispatch times. Sometimes something can take a really short time or a little longer depending on when your order comes in as I usually mail out in batches.
- If a preorder period seems super long, usually it is done and shipped out shorter than the alotted dispatch time. It is usually set to longer in case of delays!

Recently I have been made aware that some of my designs have been stolen by aliexpress. Please be advised that I only sell my items through etsy, and if you try to buy those counterfeit items, the quality is probably extremely bad. Please buy from the original seller!
