5 out of 5 starsAmazing product, super cute. The shipping cost was $60 for a $40 item which is steep to say the least, but I am in Canada so it might have been partly tariffs as well. The packaging was incredible and eco-friendly which I love.

What happens if I need to cancel?
We offer cancellations on non-personalized orders within 24 hours. If after 24 hours, we charge a 15% cancellation fee.
We do not offer cancellations for customized/personalized orders if it has already been completed or after 12 hours, whichever comes first.
Custom and personalized orders
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on personalized/custom items, all sales are final.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
We offer wholesale and bulk pricing, please get in touch with us to get a custom rate.
Cancellations after 24 hours or refunds on non-personalized bulk orders with 10+ items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
