Sandra's Art Studio accepts Paypal, Ideal, Creditcard, Direct payment (via Etsy) and Etsy giftcard as a payment method.

Payment is due upon purchase. We will however wait for paypal payment for 24 hours. If the item is not paid for in 24 hours it will be placed back into the shop.

Digital files are offered via instant download. This means that as soon as the payment is processed you'll immediately receive an email from Etsy with a link to your download page. On this page you'll find the downloadable items.

Sandra's Graphic Design shop guarantees the quality of all its products. Sandra fully supports the products she makes and assumes that everyone who sees her work in real life can appreciate it. If, however, you're not satisfied with it, please do not hesitate to get in contact, so we can resolve it.

You can only use one couponcode each transaction. Couponcodes that are personally given can be only used one time, unless communicated otherwise. Couponcodes are only to be used with existing listings in the Etsy shop and not for custom made orders, unless communicated otherwise.

When you purchase/download my digital artwork you agree to the following terms of use. All Sandra's Art Studio digital art is copyright for PERSONAL and SMALL BUSINESS COMMERCIAL use. YOU CAN:
► Use my digital artwork for any personal use - items you make for yourself or a gift and are not resold.
► Make items using Sandra's Graphic Design artwork to be resold in your business.
► Use my artwork for printables such as invitations, stickers or pre-designed scrapbook pages, as long as you do not sell them by themselves but as elements of your own composition in a flattened format so that the designs can not be extracted and preferably not on white background.
► Use my artwork in your original composition for online images such as blog banners or website artwork, as long as you re-size them in your finished design to 72 dpi so they can not be extracted at full resolution.

YOU CANNOT:
► Mass-produce Sandra's Graphic Design items 1 on 1.
► Resell Sandra's Graphic Design items in it's original format or any altered format.
► Use them in scrapbook or clip art kits, templates, or digital collage sheets, unless they are processed into a completely different product.
► Alter and resell Sandra's Graphic Design items - changing colors, height or width, etc.
► Share Sandra's Graphic Design artwork in it's original format with friends or as a downloadable file.
► Claim Sandra's Graphic Design designs, elements and papers as your own works.
