Gift wrapping is not currently available. Some items may arrive in packaging suitable for gifting—this will be noted in the product description when applicable.

All items that include sizing have a size chart provided in the listing photos. Please review it carefully before purchasing, as sizing may vary by style and brand.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, such as holidays, processing times may increase to 7–10 business days.

Shipping within the USA typically takes 1–3 business days after shipment. International orders (including Canada) may take 10–20 business days, depending on location and customs.

Please note that shipping delays due to carriers, weather, or high seasonal demand may occur and are outside of my control. Tracking information will provide the most up-to-date status.

For Christmas delivery, please place your order by December 10th to allow time for production and shipping.

For all other holidays, please place your order at least 14 days in advance to help ensure on-time delivery.

Custom orders require accurate details. Please follow the personalization instructions carefully and double-check all information before submitting your order to ensure everything is created exactly as requested.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me as soon as possible with a clear photo and a brief description of the issue. I’ll work with my print provider to have a replacement sent at no additional cost.

When requesting a custom design, include a detailed description of your idea.

For bulk orders, please include the item, quantity, color, and size details. Most products can be ordered in larger quantities.

Due to the made-to-order nature of items, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me and I will make it right.
