We love dried flowers and arrangements here at Sandrose Studio, and it was our passion for everlasting flowers that led us to launch this exciting venture. How long do your flowers last?
As a guide we say 1-3+ years but it can be a lot longer as long as they're cared for - be sure to keep them away from water and humid conditions.
What courier do you use?
We use Royal Mail for all of our parcels.
Do you ship to NI?
We do at the moment, but we are not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs charges. This is the responsibility of the buyer.
Do you offer delivery upgrades?
You can upgrade your delivery for an express service, but please note we may not be able to offer a quicker dispatch time in busy periods. It's best to drop us a message about this to see what we can do!
Are your flowers eco-friendly?
We source from UK-based, reputable flower suppliers that do not use harsh chemicals or import from afar. Most of our flowers come from the UK and the Netherlands. If flowers are dyed (some are but not all) then this is using a non-toxic natural colour pigment. Our flowers also last much longer than fresh! So yes, we'd say so!
My order has been returned to sender, what do I do?
If your order has been returned to us due to failing to collect from the post office, or refusing the parcel (this could be due to an incorrect address) we will require you to pay a re-delivery fee. We always advise to keep an eye on your tracking in case your parcel is awaiting collection :)
Dried flowers are not edible! Please keep away from small humans and pets.
