Gift wrapping and packaging
Unfortunately we can't gift wrap our orders. We can include a gift note, just leave a note on your order with the text you would like to be included.
Are the kits vegetarian, vegan or gluten free?
We try to make our kits vegetarian, vegan and gluten free wherever possible. Please check each individual product listing for details or ask if you are unsure.
Wholesale availability
We do take wholesale orders, send us a message for more details.
What happens if my kit goes missing in the post?
Our default shipping method is an untracked service, for both the UK and international orders. For increased peace of mind we would always advise upgrading to the tracked service, which is available only for international orders.
While the postal service is usually very reliable, items do go missing very occasionally. If this happens then we are always willing to process a refund or send out a replacement. For a kit to be considered missing it needs to have been delayed from the shipping date by at least 30 days for international orders and 15 days for domestic orders.
Can I include a gift note in the package?
To include a gift note in the package, just leave your message in the 'note to seller' field at checkout.
