My shop icon is a photo of my mother in her brick and mortar craft shop called 'Ain't That Cute' in 1991. She also had a cable television craft show in Detroit back then. A former State of Michigan Homemaker of the year, she taught me her love of baking, cake decorating, canning, garage sale and thrift shopping skills and quite a bit of her crafting skills. My mom passed away in 2009 and left a legacy of love, talent and trade secrets! I dedicate my Etsy Shop to her memory.

Now let's talk about what I sell. I sell vintage, retro, unique, hard to find and handmade items. If it's not homemade, it's old. It isn't going to be in brand new condition as if you bought it at the Mall. Items may need cleaning or dusting, or may have a blemish or wear from its years of traveling from attic to shelf and back again. I do my best to describe each item and take several photos to show every angle possible. I leave the cleaning of any item to the buyer as I am not an expert in any one item and how it needs to be cleaned - I just figure that you are : )

I spend a lot of time in Estate Sales and Thrift Shops, Rummage Sales and Country Stores and the only items that I purchase are the unique, things I've not seen before, or those that's I've not seen many of. If you are looking for something special, message me and I'll her happy to be an extra set of eyes looking while out and about.

My handmade items are not perfect, they come with the unique beauty that each stray thread, glue spot and scuffed button bring! That's what I love about making things from the antique, the old, the vintage, the unique days-gone-by items!

Refunds are not generally given unless there is an error in my description. I am quite careful in how I describe an item and if I do not know it to be 100% real I won't claim it to be. Be sure that you want to own it before you click purchase.
