Hi, I’m Lauralee. Sometimes I go by Elle :)
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design & Product Development and have spent the last 14 years working professionally in the fashion industry across apparel design, apparel technical design, and apparel graphic art for some incredible brands including: Billabong, TravisMathew, True Religion & Columbia Sportswear, to name a few. Today I work full time as an Art Director in apparel graphic design.
In my professional work, I design for brands. Here, I design for the worlds I love: theme parks, fantasy and cosplay. This comes to life with the three brands I have created.
Cosplay Goes Couture is where I share my love of dressmaking through digital sewing patterns inspired by the fantasy gowns I create on my social media series of the same name.
Midnight Tee Club is for everyday adventures. Original graphic tees, hats & accessories perfect for theme park trips, travel, and casual fandom.
And Gypsy Dust Jewelry is designed to style those worlds: delicate, whimsical jewelry you can wear with your handmade gowns or add a little magic to everyday outfits.
Everything in this shop begins as an original design, combining my professional experience with the imaginative worlds I love to explore. No stock art or commercial assets are used.
