5 out of 5 starsThey were all PHENOMENALLY helpful. I purchased this synthetic ruby for a project and I expressed concern about the potential color differences. As we all know, nothing is ever just like the photo. They were so helpful, showing me which five gems they had in stock, allowing me to choose which one I would receive. When I asked them apologetically to hold a bright light to each of them, they gladly did so, taking them out into direct bright sunlight. As for the jewel itself, I ran a UV, scratch, and thermal test on the stone to double check that it was genuinely synthetic corundum. It is very much a lab grown ruby. Even the UV test confirmed the "lab grown" part by having a very bright red fluorescence. Thank you so much for this wonderful stone!
