You can print your digital downloads at home, at a local shop, or through online printing services 🌷 For the best results, please use the file at its original size and don’t enlarge it, enlarging can reduce quality. The same goes for embroidery designs: never enlarge the file (when you do it from your embroidery machine and not through a software, the machine doesn't add the right amount of stitches). If you’d like a different size or format, just send me a message and I’ll make it for you ✨

If you used Apple Pay or your Apple ID, it’s possible your email was set to “keep my email private.” In that case, Etsy sends your order confirmation to a random email, not yours.

To download your files, log into your Etsy account through a web browser (downloads aren’t available in the Etsy app).
