HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Current production time is upwards of 5 days once the item is placed (excluding weekends).
HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS CREATED?
For the mugs and glasses, these items are customized with high quality, permanent vinyl. They are made to withstand normal use as well as hand washing. This is not to be confused with sublimation (a type of heat transfer printing).
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCT
For mugs, glasses, and hot plates, hand wash ONLY in cool, room temperature water. Always allow to air dry. NOT suitable for the dishwasher. Do not scrub the design. Clean with NON-abrasive sponges to prevents scratching. Do not clean with bleachers or cleansers containing chlorine. A care instruction card is sent with every order!
MAY I INCLUDE A GIFT NOTE?
Yes, of course! I send out cards with packages when asked. Please let me know what to write in the card in "notes to seller" during checkout or you may even send me a message.
MY ITEM ARRIVED BROKEN. WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact me within 5 days of the item being marked "delivered" with a photo of the broken product. We can discuss our options from there.
I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY ORDER. NOW WHAT?
Please contact me immediately with the details. We will work together to resolve the issue. Please make sure you read the entire listing description. This will ensure expectations of color, size, material, etc. In CERTAIN cases, we may offer some sort of refund. Refunds do not include the cost of shipping.
THERE WAS A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER... WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact me immediately (no later than 3 days within the date of delivery) so that I can do my best to resolve the issue!
Unfortunately, I will not be able to rectify certain situations when I am contacted later than 3 days after the date of delivery.
OH NO! I USED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS!!
Don't worry! Please send us a message ASAP so I can resolve this issue for you! Unfortunately, if you realize after the item has already shipped, you will have to pay for your item to be shipped again (that is, if your item is indeed returned to me-- if not, a repurchase will be necessary! I can send you a coupon code for cases like these!).
Keep in mind, there may be a slight delay in delivery/processing time for those orders where you have inputted the incorrect address!
I ORDERED A CUSTOM MUG/WINE GLASS. WHEN WILL I BE RECEIVING A DESIGN?
We are continuously working around the clock to get orders out to you and new items up on our Etsy page!
Do not worry- we will send you a design to choose from midway through the processing time (at approximately day 3 or 4)!
Please keep checking your Etsy messages, though! We are not responsible for delays in the processing time (or delivery time) when we are waiting for you to answer questions regarding your custom design!
