This sauce is excellent. My brother is very happy with the set which he received just as his hot sauce arsenal was almost depleted. We both like the label graphics, the concept and supporting a small business which donates money to a worthy cause. My personal favorites are three (which I use liberally) through five (which I use carefully), but for those who have a lower tolerance: one through three are perfect. People seem to get a kick out of seeing the set of five and want to know more. If you like hot sauce then don't hesitate to purchase a set of these sauces. This. This stuff. Holy crap I'm totally addicted. Every meal is now spent in worship to the Holy Trinity: Salt, Pepper, and Sauce Science's Powdered Hot Pepper Sauce. But seriously I barely use traditional pepper and I'm trying to cut back on salt, but POW! goes on abso. lutely. everything. Order a vial now. Hell, order ten! You won't be disappointed, I assure you.
