Can I create a custom order?
Of course! If you would like to make any changes to a design or would like to create a new design, just click on the "Request Custom Order" button on our shop's home page and listing pages. We'll get back to you ASAP with deets on how we can create your dream design! Custom designs start at $35

Proofs are available upon request after purchase.
3+ proofs will be an additional fee.
Where do I put all my details?
On each listing, there is an "add personalization" section and that is where you'll list certain details about your personalized item. The instructions on each listing vary so please follow them carefully :) If you have any questions, message us via Etsy:)
Help! My Wedding's next week and I would love to have this in time!
No problem, we've got you covered :) Need something sooner than the expected delivery date? Just contact us via Etsy and we can put a RUSH process on your order. We'll pop your order to the top of our list so you get it in time! Rush orders start at $30.
Shipping and Processing
Our processing time varies from item to item in our shop, so please check out each item's "shipping & returns" section located on the right hand side of each listing. We guarantee that we will ship your product on or before it's actual ship date. We then ship via "USPS Mail" (Donut Walls are shipped via FedEx). There are different shipping methods & transit times to choose from at checkout so please choose accordingly. Also note that there can sometimes be delays in transit. We wish it was in our control and we could get it to you in the timeframe given but sometimes mother nature happens, holidays, ect. and it can slow delivery times. The best advice from us is to order early or request a RUSH process if you need your item fast :)
