Can you engrave names on your jewelry?
It depends on the product you choose. The majority of our rings (especially band rings) have enough space to engrave a name or date inside while some of them don’t. And when it comes to necklaces the number dwindles, but the ones with flat backs are suitable. If you would like one of our designs to be engraved, you can consult us to learn if it is suitable for engraving.
What is the finishing on the picture of the jewelry? Do you have other plating options?
The pictures you see in the listings are pictures of oxidized silver jewelry, but we have other options for the final look as well such as gold plated and polished (for a shinier look)
How many days does it take for the jewelry to be delivered after I order it?
Our processing time is set as 1 to 3 business days, after that, the package is entrusted to a global shipping company to deliver it to you in the fastest and safest way. It usually takes approximately 10 business days to arrive after it is ordered and you can check the status of your package with the tracking number that is provided after the product is sent. In case of any unexpected issue, we will do our best solve in the fastest and the most efficient way.
How can I preserve the texture of my jewelry in the long run?
Always avoid taking a shower or a bath while wearing your jewelry. Do not expose them to harsh chemicals. You can wipe them with a dry microfiber cloth before or after you wear them. In doing so, you can preserve their beauty the same as it was on day one for years.
What is the policy for return?
You can return the ring to us in 14 business days after it is delivered to you in the same condition you have given. And while returning the product, the shipping cost is paid by the customer.
