I will never share your personal information. Etsy Sellers cannot see your credit card information and do not have access to it.
By purchasing from Sawdusted, you agree to the following POLICIES:
*I cannot accept exchanges on any items.
I do not accept returns on custom and personalized items. See 'Personalized and Custom Item Purchases' section below.
*Any cancellations must be requested within one hour of your purchase.
*All items in this shop are created for INDOOR use only.
*Any non-delivery issue must be reported to me within fifteen (15) days of placing your order.
*You agree to report any shipping related breakage or damage to me within five (5) days of receipt of the item(s). A photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging will be required for a refund by the carrier; you are responsible to hold on to them until resolution of the issue. I cannot offer a refund of broken items without photos. In some cases, return of the item may be requested.

PERSONALIZED and CUSTOM ITEM PURCHASES
It is buyers responsibility to provide information exactly as wanted on your sign. Upon your purchase, I will create and send you a digital proof. You will have the opportunity to make changes before I make your sign. In order for me to ship your sign on schedule, if I do not receive a response (approval or changes) within two days from date of purchase, you are accepting what is shown in the first proof. Any changes after the two days will incur additional charges.

SHIPPING POLICIES
*Orders are being completed and shipped on schedule. USPS continues to experience delayed deliveries to certain areas. Estimated delivery dates are calculated by Etsy when you place your order and are subject to be extended by USPS. Please check www.usps.com and use your tracking number (sent to you via your email address when your order is shipped) to follow USPS delivery information and delay announcements.
*If an order is returned to me due to insufficient/incorrect address provided by the buyer, buyer does not accept delivery of purchase or changes their mind and no longer wants their purchase, USPS is not able to deliver your order for any reason and/or item is unclaimed at USPS by buyer and returned to seller, it will be the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping and re-shipping.
*Orders will be shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy.
*Buyer agrees to check the address on their purchasing account prior to submitting an order.
*Should buyer request a returned item be sent again, the new shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
*There will be no merchandise cost or shipping cost refunds on missing/lost items being returned (items I do not receive by return mail in the same condition they were sent) due to an incorrect address.
*Please be sure your delivery address/receiving location is secure. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a safe location for receiving packages. USPS shipping insurance does NOT cover theft once your package has been marked as delivered by USPS tracking. You will need to file a claim under your home owner's or renter's insurance and file a police report.
*In an attempt to go green and save trees, I do not include an invoice with orders. Your order information is available on-line by clicking on “Your Account” when you are signed into your Etsy account along with an option to print it out if you so desire.
