What if I provided a wrong address or it is missing a unit/apt #, and it has shipped?
If you are missing an apartment # or have a spelling/formatting mistake in your address, please contact me to correct your address within 24 hours of your purchase, as once your order is shipped there is not much I can do.
*If you need your order to be shipped to an entirely different address than provided. Etsy does not permit or provide coverage for this. I will need to cancel your order, and you may then re-order with the corrected info.
Unless you indicate otherwise, orders will be shipped to the address you have on file. Please check prior to submitting an order and upon checkout. Items returned due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
