Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the Mouse Ears being hair products. However, if upon receiving your Mouse Ears, if there is an issue within 24 hours of delivery, please contact us immediately so that we may fix whatever issue there is!
Do you accept custom orders?
Of course we do! Please feel free to contact us directly and we will respond to you within 24 hours and work with you to try and create something magical!
What type of headbands do you use?
All of our designs use either a 5/8" or 1" (depending on availability) satin covered headband. We feel these are more comfortable when wearing for long periods of time!
What type of shipping do you offer?
All base shipping methods used are First Class mailing. If you happen to need it sooner, we do offer Priority mailing for an additional fee.
Do your prices include custom and duties fees?
No, our prices do not include this as we are not able to predict them. The buyer will be 100% responsible for any custom and duties fees.
