We unfortunately do not currently offer custom sizes on wallpaper designs. Most items are available in precut sample sizes and full roll lengths.

Yes! We encourage all customers to start with a sample before committing to a full purchase (Limit 1 sample per item). Buying wallpaper online is difficult as colors can vary between screens and photographs only do so much justice. A sample will give you an idea of the colors, the finish (metallic, matte, textured etc.), and the quality of the paper.

We accept returns on unopened wallpaper rolls. Samples, cut fabric and wallpaper, and wall decals are non-returnable. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and items must be received at our Pennsylvania facility no later than 30 days after the delivery date. The outlined return window is non-negotiable under any circumstances

**NOTE**If product is sent back opened or used, any pending refund will be cancelled and the product will be discarded or returned if a return mailing label is provided to us.


We cannot accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Orders are automatically processed within 15-30 minutes of payment in order to ensure timely shipment for our customers.

Contact us immediately in this instance- we can check to see if we have any material left from the print batch sent for your order so you can finish your project. The best way to avoid this situation is by accurately calculating the amount of material needed (taking into account pattern matches and repeats) or contacting us before purchasing to ensure you order enough.

In the event we do not have any material left from your print batch we will unfortunately be unable to honor an exchange- as a rule of thumb it is better to be safe then sorry when calculating the amount of product you need.

An unpasted wallpaper is one which requires the application of wallpaper adhesive to either the wall or back of the wallpaper (depending on the product) in order to be able to install it. Most of the wallpapers in our shop are sold in this traditional format- pay close attention to the bullet points in each listing description for the cited application type.

A peel and stick wallpaper is one which has an adhesive backing and installs to smooth wall or furniture surface like a giant sticker. Peel and stick wallpapers are repositionable and can be removed from a surface without leaving any damage making them an ideal option for rented spaces, college dorms, or people who like to change the design of their space frequently. Peel and stick wallpaper is printed on a smooth vinyl coated material which makes it durable for extended temporary use.

No! Peel and stick wallpaper will not adhere to surfaces with any sort of texture (even if slight) or imperfections. The material will also not work on unpainted or unprimed drywall, high gloss paint, cinderblock/cement walls, or surfaces with any sort of residue. The word "texture" is a fairly subjective term and not everyone views it the same way so please send us photos of the wall surface you would like to install peel and stick wallpaper to before purchasing.

Textured wall surfaces impact the adhesive because they limit the amount of surface area the material has to grab onto- depending on the degree of texture the material may completely fall down off any surface that is not completely smooth and completely prepped.
