Not only are the shortbread cookies absolutely scrumptious but the timing of delivery and the outreach by the proprietor were outstanding! In all of the years that I have ordered from Etsy businesses, I have never received a personal note. I did this time and was so impressed. Our biscuits will keep for 6 months in the unopened box. However, whatever you do don't eat one. Because nobody will keep them for a week if they know how good they are! Opened on the counter they're good for two months.
