Welcome to Sweet Peas Pendants

Hello, my name is Dottie and I want to welcome you to my Etsy shop called Sweet Peas Pendants. Since 2015, I was known as Scrabble Lady. After taking a much needed break, I decided to return to the Etsy domain and expand my talents into the world of Cabochon pendants. But not to worry, I will continue to make the charming, little Scrabble items that so many of you love.

I changed the name of my shop to Sweet Peas Pendants to honor my late husband who called me Sweet Pea from our very first date in 1977 and in the many, many years after.

I truly enjoyed interacting with all my customers and am looking forward to re-connecting with everyone!

Giving great customer service is very important to me and I like to know that each and every one of you are happy campers! No one likes waiting forever for their orders to arrive, so I make sure that your orders are sent First Class as soon as possible after payment is received.

I also think it’s nice to receive things wrapped up with a bit of care. This makes even the smallest purchase seem a bit more special. With this in mind, I carefully box all my orders so you get to pretend it’s Christmas when your package arrives, no matter what time of year!

Care instructions

Pendants are water resistant but they are not waterproof. Please remove before bathing or swimming.

Pendants could present a choking hazard. They are not intended for small children.

Zipper pulls must be removed prior to the item being washed. The Scrabble tiles are wooden and will ruin if they get wet.

Packaging

Every one of my items come packaged in a sturdy 2" x 3" Kraft box for extra protection during shipping.

MARKED AS GIFT: Means prices will not be shown on a packing slip. This does *not* mean your box will be gift wrapped.

FREE GIFT MESSAGE: If you check GIFT MESSAGE, your package will include a free gift tag, so don’t forget to include your gift message with your order.

Custom and personalized orders
