You can download your files by going to Your Account > Purchases or by visiting: www.etsy.com/your/purchases

If you purchased as a guest:
You’ll receive an email from Etsy with your download links.

If you purchased via the Etsy app:
Currently, digital files cannot be downloaded directly through the Etsy app. Please open a browser, go to www.etsy.com
, sign in, click your account icon, select Purchases, and then click Download Files next to your order.

Each listing includes the available sizes for printing. If needed, the description will tell you which file works best for each size.

✧ CUSTOM SIZES ✧
If you’d like a different size, contact us before purchasing. If possible, we can create a new file for you at no extra cost. Custom files are sent via a private Google Drive link through Etsy messages.
