Frequently asked questions
Q: When will my order ship?
A: The estimated ship date for your order can be found in the "Purchases and Reviews" section of your Etsy account. Our current processing time can also be found in our shop announcement section.
Q: Can I change my address after I placed an order?
A: Please ensure your address is correct prior to placing an order. If a mistake was made, please contact us via Etsy Messages.
Q: Do you have any tracking info?
A: Orders, domestic and international do NOT include tracking information (which helps us to keep shipping costs low), therefore; we do not have any location information on packages once they are shipped.
Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A: Standard Shipping Delivery Estimates:
Canada: 3-15 business days (average 3-5)
USA: 5-21 business days (average 7-10)
International: 7-25 business days (average 8-12)
Q: My order has not arrived in the estimated standard shipping delivery time! Is it lost?
A: If you still have not received your order within the estimated delivery time frame, please allow one additional week for your order to be returned back to me. Buyers are responsible for the costs to re-ship the order if the package is returned due to incorrect and/or missing address information.
Q: I forgot/want to purchase another item, can I combine orders?
A: Please contact us via Etsy Messages and we will do our best to accommodate you! *Combine order requests can not be accommodated during sales events.
Q: Why is upgraded shipping so expensive?
A: Canada Post does not include tracking with standard letter mail, so these are prices to ship your order as a parcel or packet. I have tried to keep the prices as fair as possible, but the bottom line is that it costs good money to add tracking, and at least order insurance comes with the cost! The upgraded shipping options reflect that. There may occasionally be times when my cost to add tracking to your order is significantly less than what I am charging. In rare instances, I will refund the difference!
