My standard and cheapest shipping option does not post/ship with tracking.

Furthermore, for items such as stickers without tracking, depending on the date/day of drop off, the time frame provided by Etsy might not always be accurate. Please be patient!

If you want to have your order tracked, please select the tracking option when checking out! I am not responsible for any lost orders placed without tracking.

I am located in the United States, so shipping typically should take 1-8 days domestic and 1-4 weeks internationally! Although this may vary, the information provided is a general timeline.

Items could be subject to customs checks and postal delays, so they might be delayed depending on these circumstances. Holidays may also contribute to the extension of the shipping timeline.

Packages for domestic customers are not considered lost until 21 days have passed. For overseas customers, the item will only be considered lost if it has not reached you within 41 days.

If you believe your item is lost or has taken longer than the considered amount of time, please message me, and I will try to organize a replacement or partial refund!

If the item you purchased is damaged upon arrival please get in touch with me with photo evidence and I will work to resend the item to you or offer a refund!

Items are only replaceable/refundable for one week upon the buyer receiving their item. After that, I am no longer held accountable for any damage done to said items, and no returns or exchanges are allowed unless it is a manufacturing malfunction.

Each item listed for sale in the sculpture section of my shop, despite some being food-themed, are not to be consumed or ingested. They are not edible and should not be treated as a food item. Furthermore, I do not sell any consumable items in my shop.

Additionally, if an art object of mine has candles, please do not light them. These sculptures are flammable and could cause damage to you or your home if not properly cared for. The candles are just for show and will catch fire if held near an open flame. Please be careful and responsible, as I am not liable for what you choose to do with my work.
