Bea was amazing at communicating with us to be sure she had the correct spelling and pronunciation of the name so that she translated the name into Japanese correctly. That really spoke volumes to us as we probably would not have know any different otherwise. Once the details were confirmed, shipping was fairly fast even coming from overseas. It was a gift for my daughter’s friend and her face lit up when she opened it. Loved the gift packaging also!

Thank you so much for the kind words! Just to help with sizing for future reference — the tag pendant is 22mm wide and 35mm high, with a 70cm (27.5") chain. Since the photos are close-up shots, they can make the tag look larger than it is, so I'd always recommend checking the measurements in the listing before ordering. Thanks again for your review!

Returns & Cancellations
Personalized Items: Since all our items are personalized and made-to-order, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Under EU and UK consumer law, personalized and made-to-order items are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period).
If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders arrive gift-wrapped. Your items are securely wrapped in tissue paper and sealed in a plastic zip bag, then placed inside a traditional Korean fabric bag, ready for gift-giving. We use recyclable PE (polyethylene) bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery.
Jewelry care tips
Avoid dust, moisture, and direct sunlight to prevent tarnishing or discoloration. Remove your jewelry before showering, exercising, or sleeping. After wearing, gently wipe it with a soft cloth and store it in an individual pouch. Use only mild cleaners when cleaning your jewelry.
Stainless steel jewelry in its original, unplated color requires minimal maintenance, but it may still scratch. We recommend wiping it with a soft cloth after wear and storing it separately to maintain its finish.
