The bracelet I got as a gift is absolutely gorgeous and I am VERY impressed with the quality. There were many options here on Etsy for similar items at potentially cheaper prices, but their level of quality seems to reflect in that price. The bracelet I received, however, is simply beautiful. It feels sturdy and has the heft of a solid item, yet it's delicate at the same time. I'd gladly spend a little extra all over again to get this level of work in return. I am certain the special person I'm giving this to as a gift will be happy with it and love it for years to come. Thank you so so much!

Is My Image Good Enough?
The answer to this is almost always, YES! Provide the largest. clearest images you can. In the event something will not work well for customization, I will be in touch before creating your item.
In the rare event that your customization will not work for the item you selected you will be eligible for a full refund.
Will My Writing Fit?
Each piece has a word limit noted in the listing. These limits are per side. If you follow the word limit guidelines on each piece, you will be just fine.
Please play attention to the item dimensions noted in the listing to get an idea of the final scale of your custom details.
Can You Combine Multiple Images Or Alter The Wording of My Original Note?
If you have your message over several notes, it can be combined to form your desired phrase.
Words can also be altered slightly if the message is to read differently from the original note. For example punctuation can be added, letters or words can be (re)moved and spelling can be corrected. These changes will only be made if instructed.
During checkout provide an explanation of the way you would like your finished piece to read.
Please note that misspellings or incorrect grammar will not be edited unless you specifically request them to be corrected. My goal is to keep your written messages as true to their originals as possible.
