Hello, my name is Elena. Selena Sashina - My creative nickname under which I create my works of art. Today my works are in private collections in the USA, France, Belgium and Ukraine.

I work in unique author's techniques of painting, using materials such as oil, acrylic, watercolor, canvas.
I really love various experiments with the method of applying paints to the canvas, so I use both a palette knife and brushes, and my own fingers, if it is appropriate in a particular work. Also, I experiment with methods of applying acrylic fill on the canvas and get interesting unusual results of work - the spontaneous manifestation of images on the canvas after the paints dry. I define this type of painting for myself as "intuitive impressionism", and I really love this method.
Using unique color palettes, I create fresh original works that fill any living space with positive energy, comfort and love.

***SHOP POLICIES***
SHIPPING
Order processing time is 1-5 business days, unless otherwise notified. Shipping will then take an additional 15-50 business days depending on your country. I strive to provide quick order processing but sometimes due to the number of orders I receive or other issues outside of my control, it may take longer. Please note that orders are shipped using the Ukrposhta Service and USPS, Monday through Friday. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. If the product is out of stock please allow 5-10 business days for products to be processed and shipped out.
We will notify you if this happens.
When your order ships you will receive an email or message containing your order tracking information so be sure to enter your correct contact information when placing an order.

*Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
** All PRINTS are made to order, therefore we are unable to issue refunds for items purchased.

SelSashinaArt do not hold responsibility for packages that have been delivered. I do not issue refunds for packages that say they were delivered. I also can not give refunds for shipping delays, lost mail or other shipping problems. Please do not ask for a refund if your shipping is unresolved. I can not give a refund if your shipping is delayed. I will assist with filing a claim and if that results in a reimbursement I will refund your order at that time but once I ship your package any shipping issues other than broken or damaged merchandise is between you and the post office or shipping service you choose when you placed your order. Please understand, I will do everything I can to help resolve these issues. I am usually able to help resolve them without too much of a delay or issue but I can not take responsibility for your shipping service or issues relating to them that are outside of my control.
If your tracking information states your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777 or the shipping servicer used to deliver your package. That is the quickest way to a resolution and this will help me, help you, if a claim need to be filed.

If your order is returned to me due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged in order for me to reship your order so please double check your address before you submit your order. If a refund is requested for a returned order we will refund you for the price paid minus the shipping cost.

DELIVERY TO EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES
!!! Due to the new rules for the delivery of goods to Europe, we cannot designate the goods as a "gift" in the documents. It just doesn't make sense. ETSY will charge the buyer a tax for the customs of the buyer's country. And this is indicated in the documents accompanying the parcel. This is done so that the buyer does not have to pay the tax twice. If your country's customs requires you to pay extra, please contact me. I will tell you what points in the documents you need to indicate to the customs officer!!!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international customs, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer. The cost will vary by value and country, so please be aware of what to expect before purchasing. Refunds are not given if a package is refused due to customs fees or any other reason.

CANCELLATIONS
We pride ourselves on how quickly we ship orders. Most of our orders ship in 1-2 days.We answer messages in the order they are received, so it may take 1-2 days before we see your message... sometimes it may take longer than that. Because of how quickly we ship, we can not guarantee we will receive your order cancellation request before your order ships. This is why it is extremely important to wait and place an order when you are sure you want it. We can not issue refunds or credits for cancellation request that are not received before an order ships.

REPLACEMENT ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within seven days of the date it was delivered and we will ship a replacement item to you. After 7 days, we will no longer be able to assist you.
Please be sure to send a photo with your message that shows the damaged item/package so we can verify, understand and improve any shipping issues.
