Love at first sight.....
I can remember being a little girl visiting my family in Puerto Rico, I found all of these beautiful gems along the beach. I brought them home and showed them to my mother and she said "Oh my God! That's someone's trash! Throw them away!"
Needless to say, I was devastated. Fifteen years later, Dew and I are on a beach in Mexico, where he pulls up a gorgeous piece of lime green sea glass and says "Hey babe look at this!!!"
I've loved him ever since!! And I still have that exact piece!
Sea Find Designs began as a "family affair" Tracy, Matt, Matthew and Miss Em!! Over the years we've enjoyed our almost daily visits to our pristine Rhode Island beaches! Each one of us would participate in the hunt and design of all of our pieces! As the years have passed, much has changed.... Matthew has graduated with a degree in Television Production from Emerson College in Boston and has moved his butt to LA... he's now enjoying life as a freelance technical director for live TV! Little Miss EmJay just graduated with a BS in Animal Science from the University of Rhode Island! But after 32 years, Dew and I are still going strong and looking forward to another 32 years together!!
MUCH love goes in to what we do! Sea Glass is an art to us! Man could never duplicate what mother nature has perfected!
