1. What is a digital download?
A digital download is an item that you can purchase, download instantly, and print yourself. Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a high-resolution file that you can print at home, through an online service, or at a local print shop. No physical product will be shipped to you.
2. How do I download my digital file?
After your payment is confirmed, you’ll be able to download your files directly from your Etsy account. Simply go to etsy.com/your/purchases and click “Download Files.” You’ll also receive an email with a download link. If you’re having trouble locating your files, feel free to message us!
3. Can I print the design in a different size?
Yes! Most of our listings include multiple file sizes to suit different needs. If you don’t see the size you’re looking for, please contact us and we’d be happy to provide a custom size at no additional cost.
4. What’s the difference between personal and commercial use?
FOR CLIPART & DIGITAL ARTWORK FILES:
Personal use allows you to use the files for your own projects, including printing for your home, office, or gifting to friends and family.
Commercial use allows you to create physical end products for resale (such as prints, books, merchandise, or finished designs). You may not resell, share, or redistribute the original digital files in any format.

FOR EDITABLE CANVA TEMPLATES:
Templates are for personal use only. You may edit and use them for your own event or project. You may not resell the template, share the link, extract the artwork, or use the design commercially. All artwork remains the property of the shop.
5. Can I get a refund on digital downloads?
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase or the file, please reach out and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
6. Why are the colors different from what I see on my screen?
Colors can vary slightly due to differences in screen displays and printer settings. We recommend using a high-quality printer or professional print shop for the best results.
7. What should I do if I have trouble downloading the file?
If you’re having any issues with the download process, try accessing your files through your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews. If the problem persists, don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
9. Can I use the design for a client’s project?
FOR CLIPART & DIGITAL ARTWORK FILES:
Yes.
Our commercial license allows you to use the artwork in client projects, including creating physical end products for resale (such as printed materials, books, merchandise, or finished designs).
However, you may not:
• Share, transfer, or resell the original digital files
• Provide the raw artwork files to your client
• Redistribute the files in any digital format
The artwork must be incorporated into a finished product.
