My love for the beach and crafts has been apart of me since a child. Now all grown up and our wedding date was set, it was time to think about decor. Of course it was going to be a beach wedding, I wanted decoration but not too much to take away the natural beauty that was to surround us. I wanted simple, but elegant, and of course starfish. I worked hard, but enjoyed every moment of it. After the wedding, I got so much positive feed back, that my husband and I decided it was time to start Sea to Land Designs.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
No refunds or exchanges will be allowed after 10 days of receipt.

Tags and wedding cards are not provided.

Custom Orders:
Custom orders are requested to be purchased within 48 hours of the listing being created. After this time, the processing times may change or the listing is removed.
Custom orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Custom orders include custom listings, personalization and alterations to products in ‘note to seller’.

Orders returned due to non deliverable address, unable to forward, no mail receptacle, rejected packages, etc will be refunded for item total minus shipping charges, this includes free shipping.

RETURNS: Refunds will not be issued until the returned item is received by me. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, tracking and insurance must be included (we recommend this for your records as well). Item must be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) in the original packaging for a refund or exchange. Proof of insurance for the return and tracking information must be provided to me at the time of return.
Items must be returned in original condition, if appeared used or damaged a refund of 50% of items value will be issued, shipping excluded. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed after 10 days of receipt (date of delivery).

DAMAGES: Please provide photos of proof of damage of the item in a message to me. This will help me quickly have a replacement or refund issued. Items are packaged very thoughtfully and with care. If an item is broken during shipping, please let me know within 3 days of receipt (date of delivery), no later. Please provide a photo of damage for refund or replacement.

CRAFT SUPPLIES *Upgrade to priority shipping must be purchased in order for reimbursement or replacements: **Due to the fragile nature of Sand Dollars, please message IMMEDIATELY me if any are damaged during shipping. Please include photos of the broken Sand Dollars and quantity so I may send replacements ASAP.***
If any seashells or Sand Dollars are broken during shipping, please message me within 2 days of receipt (date of delivery). After this time, replacements may not be sent. Photos of damaged must be included in message. Option to upgrade to priority for extra insurance is recommended.

If you are unsatisfied with the item you received or issue with your order, please let me know within 3 business days of receipt (delivery date), no later. Please keep in mind, every case is different, I will do my hardest to work with you to resolve any outstanding issue in a timely matter.

*For Rush Orders, there will be a $10+ additional fee that is NON REFUNDABLE.*

I accept PayPal which includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. You can pay with a credit card via PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Payment is due at the time of purchase and before shipping.

If you need to cancel an order please do so within 12 hours.

Custom and reserved listings may not be canceled after purchase. Please purchase custom listings as soon as possible, or with in 48 hours. If no response or communication from buyer is received, the listing will become unavailable.
Shipping
*PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE PROPER SHIP TO ADDRESS AT TIME OF PURCHASE*, we are not responsible for incorrect or wrong ship to addresses.
Order will be refunded for item due to improper delivery minus shipping costs.

US: Items are shipped with USPS First Class, with an option to upgrade to priority. We are not held responsible for delays caused by the postal system. Certain items due to weight are shipped priority mail. If you would like your order shipped via FedEx, please message prior for shipping estimate.
CANADA: Items are shipped First Class International (7-10 business days, this does not include tracking nor insurance).
Expedite/Priority Express 1-2 day shipping: PLEASE MESSAGE ME FIRST PRIOR TO PURCHASING.

Orders are taken care of in the order that they are received.
I understand if there is an urgency for some items, so if you need an item quickly I am happy to work with you to get the item out as quickly as possible. *For Rush Orders, there will be a $10+ additional fee that is NON REFUNDABLE.*

Processing time is 3-5 business days, however, I can generally get your orders together in 1-2 day business days; given an influx in orders on any given day please allow the full 3-5 business days to allow me to work and create your order and have it packaged with care. *HOLIDAY SEASON PLEASE ALLOW FULL PROCESSING TIMES*


If your item is returned to me, your item will be refunded minus shipping expenses.

For large or custom orders, shipping may be estimated higher to cover the cost, and the difference will be refunded to you.

I currently do not ship elsewhere other than the US and Canada..
