Do you offer any coupons or discounts?
Since the shop is closing, all items are already on clearance! You won't find these goodies for less!
Am I able to return or exchange my items?
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on jewelry making supplies. Please ask all questions and make sure you read size dimensions prior to purchase.
Do you offer custom metal stamps?
NO. Please do not message me and ask for custom stamps. Only items shown in the shop are available for purchase.
Does upgrading to Priority Mail speed up my processing time?
No. Shipping upgrades refer to the speed at which the Postal Service transports your package. We ship same or next business day Monday through Thursday, and occasionally Friday and Saturday too!
When will my order ship?
ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN OCT 25 AND NOV 10TH WILL BE SHIPPED OUT NOV 11TH. I AM OUT OF THE STUDIO!!
Shipping times are not accurate on the listings as the shop is closing and the clearance sale increases the amount of orders in the queue. You will receive an automatic notification through Etsy with a tracking number when your order ships. Please click on your receipt to track your shipment. Please do not email me asking where your shipment is, check the tracking info through your receipt. No tracking yet? Then the order has yet to ship. I believe the discount is worth waiting extra time for your order, but if you don't, that is OK! There are plenty of ships with items at full price :) Thanks for understanding!
What happens if an item I order is out of stock?
I am discontinuing the stamping side of SeasideSupplies. If you order a stamping related item that is out of stock, you will receive a refund for that item. Check your receipt for a note and dollar amount for out of stock items. If you order a charm that is out of stock, I will contact you with options. Usually I can get the charms in fairly quickly for you!
WHY is the stamping side of SeasideSupplies being discontinued?
First of all, I only made about $5000 profit from SeasideSupplies in 2017. This is because I am always ordering more and more as new things come out, and I find that my spending to keep up with the shop is nearly as costly as the profit from the shop. After self employment taxes, that is only about $3500 in my pocket. When you consider that I work at SeasideSupplies for about 15-20 hours a week, the hourly rate of $3.36 per hour just is not worthwhile. Next, the margins on stamping items is thin, and sales & Etsy fees suck up too much of the profit margin. Another main reason is that I am once again expanding my other business, a childcare center, which is where my true passion lies. I want to devote as much time to this as possible.
When will my order ship?
04/08/19-ALL ORDERS ARE DELAYED AS I AM OUT OF TOWN UNTIL 04/24. Any orders placed between these dates will ship 04/25/19.
