When will my order ship?
All candles are hand-poured in small batches with care and intention. Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. During high-volume periods, processing may take a bit longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only. Free shipping is available for continental U.S. orders of $35 or more using code FREESHIPPING at checkout.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please message us within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include a photo of the damaged product and the packaging. We’ll review the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our candles are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. That said, if something is wrong with your order, please reach out. We're happy to work with you to find a solution.
Do you offer gift options?
Yes! Just mark your order as a gift at checkout and include your message—we’ll print it on a minimalist card. Pricing details are never included. Our packaging is designed to feel thoughtful and beautiful, whether it’s a gift or a moment of self-care for yourself.
How should I care for my candle?
To get the most out of your candle, trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn. Let the wax melt all the way to the edges (usually within 2–3 hours) to prevent tunneling. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time, and always keep away from drafts, pets, and children. Your candle is a moment of soft care—treat it gently.
Why is my candle burning unevenly or not smelling strong enough?
An uneven burn is usually caused by not letting the wax melt to the edge on the first burn. If the scent isn’t filling your space, try burning in a smaller room with closed doors. Our candles are designed to offer a soft, intentional scent—not an overwhelming one.
Wholesale availability
Yes! We offer wholesale for select candle styles. If you're interested in carrying The Seasons of Me in your shop or boutique, please message us directly to discuss details.
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. Processing typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on order size. The remaining balance is due before your order ships. We look forward to bringing soft care to your shelves.
