Mask was comfortable and fit myself well, but if you are a larger person/male with a bigger face you will probably want to custom order. My husband can't quite get the elastic around his ears (fat face syndrome I guess!). :-)

What is Color to Declutter?
Color to Declutter is an adult coloring book, yet kids love it too! I am a Professional Home Organizer, and designed the book to serve as a way to help people get organized and stay organized. There are a few pages of text that talk about how coloring can rewire your brain to eliminate some of the obstacles someone can face with disorganization. I also reference Dr. Masaru Emoto, the Japanese scientist that researched how the environment water was placed in would impact the shape of the frozen water crystals. I connect that idea to clutter in the home, and how the objects we surround ourselves with can impact our internal water crystal.
