I ordered two plates. Unfortunately, one plate had defects. I contacted the seller who immediately acknowledged the problem and gave a full refund. While the original issue was disappointing, the good faith effort and the speed with which the seller resolved the problem were impressive. I can recommend this shop to future customers based on the excellent customer service that I received.
