Reviews: We welcome your review on our service and since 2023, we have kept the goal of responding to each and every one! If you post a picture in your review, we would love to share it to our Instagram page. :)
If there is any issue with your order, we kindly ask you to send us a message to let us know - sometimes we don't see reviews right away and we would like to ensure your concerns are addressed quickly and directly! Customer service is our focal point and priority. *Note: Etsy does not allow us to edit our responses to reviews; please enjoy our humanness and pardon any typos*

Gifts: Selecting "gift" at checkout will alert us that the item is shipping to someone other than the buyer and to be discreet when shipping. You can add a small note to the package at no additional charge. We have a "gift wrap" option for an additional charge ensures that your item is wrapped up as a present ready for gifting - this includes a card and a picture of your item just before it ships out. Our default packaging is brown paper, string, and a floral or nature-themed card. We are happy to connect for additional options as well!

Slow Commerce: While we are focused on regularily bringing new items in to the shop, we do reject the common practice of removing any items that don't sell within a short time frame, which is definitely not sustainably-focused selling. So, you might see certain items in our shop sit for a little longer than others. Some of the most impactful customer exchanges that have happened here often involved someone's long, specific search bringing them to our store where their perfect piece had been here all along, just waiting for them to find it.

Packaging:
100% of our orders are sent in high-quality second-hand packing supplies; we still multi-layer your delicate items in wrapping to ensure they arrive to you safely. Being committed to reducing waste means swapping out luxury packaging and marketing materials for a second-hand / hand-written note approach- but the result is a personable package that feels like it was sent from a friend. We are proud of being committed to reducing demand for single-use packing materials and we're happy you feel the same!

Shipping Price: Our listings have a location-based USPS calculator provided by Etsy- if something seems high, let's chat and double-check the shipping price together! We are also happy to use other postal carriers upon request. I am very responsive to your messages from specific packing requests, to arrange pickup in the Cambridge, MA area to save on shipping costs, or for price quotes on bundling multiple items.
