4 out of 5 starsThe figurine came chipped and the head of the axe apparently snapped off in-transit, but it was nothing a little super glue could not fix. Still had the "HOLY %^&*" impact during my D&D game. Might probably buy from this store again. (Please use more padding/wrap/spacing or something next time. T-T)

hey there Michael and ty dor the review! sorry to hear there was a chip on the axe dur8ng transit thats a bummer. im glad it was fixable. we always make note of feedback on specific minis that are more prone to shipping flaws. we will make sure this model in the future gets some extra love by the axe!

No problem at all. We ships dozens of orders each week, sometimes even with a well packed mini, things break in transit. we stand by our guarentee and will always replace damaged minis that the post office mishandled!
