After Etsy processes your payment, you can access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews (http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases).

COMPUTER
You have to be logged into your account. Click on You / Purchases and Reviews and press ”download”. www.etsy.com/your/purchases
You also will have e-mail sent to you with download link.

MOBILE DEVICE
You will have to log into your Etsy account using the browser. The Etsy app does not have download option.

ZIP FILES
If your file coming as a zip file, that just mean that for first time you have to open your files on computer.
