All our products are handmade and are certainly worth the wait. It's important to note that while expedited shipping can speed up transit times, it doesn't accelerate our processing times, which are outlined below:

• Ready-to-ship items are processed 1-3 business days.
• Custom-made items are tailored to your specifications and typically requires 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping.
• Processing time + Transit time = Estimated Date of Arrival

Most of our items are made using high-quality 925 sterling silver as base, and then plated with 14K gold. We can also customize some pieces to be solid silver, gold, white gold, rose gold. Reach out if you have the needs.

The pearl pieces are using AAA+ grade natural and real baroque pearls. 100% NATURAL COLORS, not colored or tined by any methods. Every pearl is one-of-a-kind without duplication.

We recommend taking your jewelry off when you’re about to come in contact with water for the best care of your piece. When you are not wearing your jewelry, we recommend storing your jewelry in airtight storage.

We stand behind the quality of our items with a 90-day guarantee! While custom or already exchanged items can't be returned, we're here to assist with any concerns you have.

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition. Custom or personalized items are final sale. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the item.

• BRACELETS | For a comfortable fit, we suggest ordering a size that is approximately 1 to 2.5 centimeters larger than your actual wrist measurement. Our chain bracelets also extension piece for further adjustment. Details are in each product description.

• NECKLACES | Our necklace lengths are measured in centimeters. and most of our chain necklaces have some extensions, providing extra flexibility for adjustment. Details are in each product description.

• RINGS | Our rings are made to standard US sizing. For the best fit, we recommend getting your finger sized by a local jeweler or using a physical ring sizer.
