The idea behind SEND is a simple one, we wanted to create a quick and easy way to send a gift without the drama of delivery.

Most of us have experienced a delivery drama of some sort; the awkward at work delivery which means you will have to apologise to the boss; a rush to the collection office because of a missed parcel and the impossible journey home with a bulky package; timing the knock on the neighbours door so you don't interrupt dinner/bath-time/bedtime etc or even staying in all day for a re-delivery attempt.
