Deliveries

UK Mail:
All UK orders except Postcards are now sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. The upgrade option is for Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Royal Mail Delivery aim for Tracked 24 is for it to be delivered the next working day. Tracked 48 aims to be delivered within 2-3 working days. Please be aware that these are aims and delivery can take up to 10 working days from posting.

International Mail:
All International orders except Postcards are now sent via Royal Mail International Tracked (not signed).
Royal Mail Delivery aims are 5-7 working days. Please be aware that these are aims and delivery can take up to 32 working days from posting. A lost claim cannot be made until this time has passed.

Postcards:
UK - Postcards are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class untracked. Royal Mail Delivery aim is 2-3 working days. Please be aware that this is an aim and delivery can take up to 10 working days from posting.
International - Postcards are sent via Royal Mail International Standard untracked. Royal Mail Delivery aim is 6-7 working days. Please be aware that this is an aim and delivery can take up to 32 working days from posting. A lost claim cannot be made until this time has passed.

Proof of posting receipts are obtained for each order.

POSTAL DELAYS

Royal mail have advised that due to the current situation (coronavirus) services are taking longer than expected. There are severe delays within UK Royal Mail and many international postal services.

Please note that International mail can take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. We are unable to raise a lost post claim unless 8 weeks have passed.

Please allow additional time for your order to arrive.

Standard delivery does not provide tracking on the order.
