3 out of 5 starsThe pattern itself is fine as far as I can tell, but I'm running into problems putting the collar together because the instructions are a video with no voiceover, no subtitles, no annotations, and no written directions in the document to supplement. Wish I had read the reviews earlier.

Thank you for your feedback. For context, the pattern purchased was clearly listed as US 10–14 / EU 42–46. After purchase, you requested EU 36–40, a different size range, and asked us to provide it free of charge as a “goodwill gesture.” When we explained that we could not provide a separately sold product for free, you replied, “Ok, I’ll just leave a negative review then,” and this one-star review followed shortly afterward. We respect every customer’s right to honest feedback, but we believe future customers should also have the full context of this interaction.

1 out of 5 starsDISAPPOINTED! I have asked for help with this pattern but received no answer. Instructions are visual via video, but without audio or written instructions leaving you to constantly rewind and rewatch and getting it wrong and needing to unpick, especially the bottom band. I needed to make adjustments to the sleeves and jacket length as the crop is too short and so are the sleeves. I am 168cm, so I do not believe that length of either should be an issue. Anyway, I requested help to adjust the pattern on 6 and 7 April 2026 - as of today, 6 May 2026, I have not heard from the seller.
