How are the images printed on the mugs?
Technique that is used to print imaged on the mugs is called Sublimation. This method entails printing an image on paper and then utilizing heat treatment to transfer it onto the product, rather than directly printing onto its surface. Typically, this technique allows for the comprehensive printing of the entire product surface.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As each item is crafted with care and made to order, our small business unfortunately, cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time. Only instance where we will consider a return or exchange is if the item arrives damaged. In such cases, please promptly provide a photograph of the damaged item to facilitate the resolution process.
How does shipping and tracking work?
We utilize reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx, complete with tracking and insurance to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. How do I get the designs printed on the mugs?
I actively pursue my passion for design, creating unique designs that find their expression on mugs. These designs are brought to life through my collaboration with Printify (The Print Shop), my esteemed production partner. Their invaluable contribution makes this creative journey achievable, and I am profoundly grateful for the opportunity to pursue my design passion.
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD: A. What is a digital template? B. What happens after I make the purchase?
A. DIGITAL DOWNLOAD is an electronic file that can be downloaded from a website or is typically delivered to your email. Users can then open and edit it on their computers or devices. Digital template is convenient for quick and easy customization without the need for physical shipping or delivery. You will not receive any physical item. This is applicable to digital items only under DIGITAL DOWNLOADS SECTION in my store.
B. After you make the purchase, your digital template will be available to download instantly by visiting the Purchases and Reviews section of your Etsy account. You will also receive an automated email from Etsy confirming your payment and it will include a link to your editable template which you can open and edit.
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD: A. Where will I edit my template? B. What can I edit?
A. You will be able to edit your template directly in your web browser on Canva's website. Canva is a design platform that will let you make a free account to edit your template. No software installation is needed.
B. All elements of the template are editable. You can change the background color, text, text color, font, font size. You can move around the images if you like. Canva lets you do this for free on its website!
If a template is designed with a premium element that is not editable, it will be clearly specified in that particular listing.
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD: A. Can I cancel or return my digital order if I am unsatisfied? B. How often can I edit the template? C. When does my access expire?
A. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the digital files which are instantly delivered to you after you make the purchase, no return or cancellations are accepted. I am however here to help you and answer any questions you may have about the purchase. Please feel free to contact me and I will happily assist you!

A. After you edit and download your template, you may print this file anywhere you like:
-You can print it at home
-You can send the file online to a printing store or save it on a USB and bring it to your local printing service and have it printed
B. Absolutely! You can just save the file in the format you like (Jpg, Png, Pdf etc) and send it via text, email or any online form you prefer.
