Exactly as described. Received in a week (and I live in a very rural area). Very pleased.

I absolutely love this rug. At first, I was a little skeptic, because of its age, but the quality is great and perfect underfoot. It slid around our floors the moment you stepped on it, but that problem was quickly resolved with a rug pad (which you should use anyway with older rugs - increases its longevity). This rug also came super super well packaged, the best packaging i've ever had with a rug.

This shop has the most excellent customer service. The post office lost my original rug in the mail, and the shop handled the whole situation generously and gracefully. Eventually the post office did find my rug, and I am so happy with the way it looks! The quality is great, and the color really pops.

Niko was quick to reply, and my order shipped and arrived promptly. This seller was recommended to me and I would happily do business with him again. My rug is beautiful and even better than what I had expected. Thank you, Niko!

Very happy with the purchase. Whole process was smooth !

Love the new rug in front of our kitchen sink. Reasonable pricing!

Absolutely beautiful rug and arrived super quickly!

This beautiful rug is perfect in our foyer. It’s soft and oh so unique. Niko was very kind and offered quick shipping. I will definitely buy from this shop again.

Great seller- everything was smooth fast and graceful . Love my purchase too! A+

We ordered this rug, because it was totally perfect for our house. When it arrived, it was shorter than the description said. When we emailed the vendor, they were incredibly apologetic and handled it in an amazing way that made us actually want to keep the rug. This is a great vendor, and would order from here again!
