I support the United States Postal Service by using their services exclusively for shipping all orders. Items ship as promptly as possible, most often in less than one business day. I'm not responsible for items lost in the mail once they have been shipped, please be aware that once it is dropped off at the post office, the rest is out of my hands.

If your package does not arrive after an extended period of time, please contact me and I will do my best to help you find your package.

Note: If you are an international customer and your order has not come through after an extended period of time, please check with your local customs office. Most often, your package will be there waiting to be picked up.

I cannot accept returns on prints, original art, or accessories such as pins or patches. Please be aware that all sales are final for those items.

Unworn/unwashed clothing items that are eligible can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Clothing items that are not eligible have a statement saying so on the product page.

In this process, a return label will be supplied for the customer to send the item back to me. Once the item is received and assessed to be in good condition we will process the return or exchange. Please note that the original shipping and handling costs associated with an order are not eligible for refund in either scenario.

No, but you can get Velcro added by a third party. I hear Titan Strategic does a good job of this. All of my patches come with a commercial grade heat transfer backing.
