5 out of 5 starsNever even got to use it. Great quality but the badge holder it was attached too was broken. I pulled the string once and it wouldnt retract. All its good for is trying to find a way to pry the logo off and put on my own badge reel. Very disappointed. Not selllers fault but the product quality was poor in my opinion because of that. Just a defective badge reel is all. 😔 Seller did reach out to me and offer to replace it even though the item description said no returns or exchanges so I thought that was nice of her to offer. She is clearly demonstrating the importance of customer service and her keeping her business profiting. She seems to have high integrity so we will see what happens and see if she does come through for me.
