3 out of 5 starsService was prompt. The mattress was okay - not quite the size that I had ordered - a little bit small. It's for a doll bed but the fabric threads and sewing threads could have been trimmed off of the mattress for a more professional look. Would I send it back? No, it will work just fine for a doll bed.

I am so sorry you were disappointed. I wish you had come to me before posting a bad review. I would gladly make another for you. Please contact me regarding this. I oversee my team for cutting and that part was correct. It’s possible the tufting finish caused the mattress size to pull up a little. While our team works hard to get it right, please understand, we are crafters, not professionals or engineers and we state that in our description. As for any small threads that were left behind, we are all human. I’m sure they were missed and not left on purpose.
