Can I use your photos for sample photos in my shop, website, and facebook?
No. While we love that our photos offer inspiration for you to see a design stitched out, we recommend you create and use your own photos especially if you are selling items made from our designs. Your customers want to see your work!
Can I sell items with your designs on them?
Yes. As long as you are not mass producing over 300 pieces with any specific design or selling them via a catalog or home show company. If you need special licensing for commercial use on that level please use contact us and let us know how you plan to use the design so we can set up special licensing or arrangements.
Can I create vinyl/cut and print designs with your files or trace them to make vinyl/cut and print designs?
You may not trace them or use them for vinyl, screen print, cut and print or any other purpose other than machine embroidery and applique. However we do offer most designs as SVGs for sale in our sister site at www.etsy.com/shop/SanqunettiDesigns
Do you offer ART format?
No, I am sorry at this time we do not offer ART format.
