5 out of 5 starsOk, by NO fault of the shop, the USPS totally messed my order up, I paid for express shipping, and they STILL were late with it, they said it was delivered yesterday and it wasn’t, you need a key code to get in the building a key to get into the mail room, and of course a key to the mailbox, I pray Etsy changes their shipping policies so the buyer has more of a choice because I highly doubt I will even send holiday cards out this year. Anyway this gal is a dream, we chatted every single day and she always treated me with respect.

JoAnn, you are the most patient person I have ever dealt with. I know how much you wanted that package by a certain date. I'm so sorry that USPS failed you despite the extra money that you spent to get your package within a certain time frame. Thank you for your kind words.
