great communication w/owner-she listened to what I was wanting, found the exact material to seal my purchase. she had left over material and asked if I would like napkins & utensils holder to match? Well yes! it's for my boss who is a "pool shark" by nite and dress shirt executive by day. He brings his own lunches to work and is always so concerned about his expensive shirts thru lunch. He's a terrific boss, so this let's me say thank you in disguise of his favorite "pool motif " I can't wait to see his face...a personalized gift to the "Max." These lunch bags are just what I needed, and I loved working with Jessica on this custom project. She had great ideas and asked all the right questions. She sent a prototype version first so we could test the dimensions and adjust. Before, I was tired of lunch bags that smelled funky even after washing and started fraying or splitting at the seams. Now, thanks to Jessica, I have sturdy, machine-washable lunch bags that fit our lunch kits perfectly. (We use Bentgo Kids boxes, water bottles, and a piece of fruit or small snack container, plus an occasional ice pack.) The bags are flexible enough that they can carry our snacks for an outing or other variations on lunches, too.
