Michelle Renee is a traveling Quilt Instructor. This is her shop, offering her patterns directly. At times, Michelle will be away and traveling, therefore your order could take a few days to process.
Additionally, the US Post Office continues to struggle with shipping, and it sometimes taking 7-10 days longer than usual. Therefore, your order could take 7-10 days more than expected. Review your tracking information sent and note that the packages often sit within the USPO system for several days. This is not uncommon in these times.
International Shipments are taking an average of 4-5 weeks to arrive.

4 out of 5 starsPattern is lovely, was looking forward to starting. Customer service - customer is wrong for having ANY expectations. Was made to feel like I should haven't expected shipping within a couple of weeks, and that it was my fault for not knowing the vendor was away. Made the mistake of thinking that the December delay was limited to the time posted. Shame on me for not knowing she was still away!
